
Pepper Burger
DescriptionTo say this burger is hot is an understatement but if you like hot and spicy food, well, this is for you!!! Better put water by.What you need1 cast iron frying pan
1 spatula
1 large kitchen knife
1 large mixing bowlIngredients
2 pounds ground beef
4 tomatoes sliced
1 head of lettuce leafed
2 large brown or yellow onion sliced
Crushed Red Pepper
Coarse ground Black Pepper
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
1 package of hamburger bunsWhat you need to do
In the large mixing bowl, sprinkle Crushed Red and Black Pepper over ground beef. Mix well. Sprinkle again, mix well. Make 1/2 thick patties. Over medium heat put a little vegetable oil in frying pan. Fry on one side 10 to 15 minutes, flip over for another 10 to 15. Put mayonnaise on bun top and bottom, place burger on bottom bun, top with onion, lettuce and tomato. Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning and serve.
