Dinner Salad Supreme

Description
An all around excellent salad for before a meal or with a meal, this tangy salad will fill the bill. Ripe Avacado, fresh Lettuce and Tomatoes and the crunch and bite of fresh Onions in a vinegar base make this salad Supreme. Serve before dinner with crackers or with the meal. Either way it's delicious.
What you need

1 large mixing bowl
1 large kitchen knife
1 large wooden mixing spoon

Ingredients

1 fresh Avacado cubed
4 tomatoes quartered
1 large brown onion chopped medium
1 head of lettuce leafed (put as much as you need)
4 large green onions chopped medium
2 tbls. Olive oil
Apple Cider Vinegar
salt and pepper

What you need to do

In the large mixing bowl mix in the vegetables. Add two tbls. Olive oil. Sprinkle liberally with Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt and pepper and mix well. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
